How long have I been bitching about this?

I've been criticized for "blaming the victim" when I bitch about the stupid things banks and credit cards do in emails.

But it's not getting any better.

The victims are the people who are falling prey to the phishers. The FIs are accomplices. When they're willing accomplices, I bitch.
