Great, now I have to find this book
I was driving to a meeting and while plugging a CD in (The Starbucks RollingStones Author's Choice CD. Yes, I know I'm being assimilated, but the coffeeis SO good, and damn, that's some great music... but that's another rant...)I heard Diane Rehm say 'Newton'. So, of course, I had to just check it out.Never got back to the CD - James Gleick was on, talking about his newbiography of Newton.
Pretty interesting stuff, but I was content to listen until he said[paraphrase] "I'll probably scare some people away, but to be true to Newtonany book about him is going to have to have a lot of math. So this book has alot of math."
DAMN!
Now I have to find this book and read it. Like I have time....
