For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction
John Farina, an official in the Cuyahoga County Republican Party, accounced that he is leaving the Republican Party. Bush's announcement that he is supporting the contsitutional amendment to outlaw gay marriage has pushed men like Farina out of the party, and towards the left - thereby pushing the Republican Party more to the right.
This leaves the center for the Democrats to claim. So let's now encourage Bush to do what he really wants to do, such as:
-- Support former Alabama judge Roy Morrow in his quest to follow the law of the Bible rather than the law of the land.
-- Push for an outright ban on all abortions
-- Encourage all Americans to own and publicly carry automatic firearms
-- Create the Patriot Act II, which puts a picture of John Ashcroft in every home with a hidden transiever, to "Keep us all safe".
"So much for Mr. Bush being a uniter", as Johnn Farina said.
