"semi-acceptable english"? Doesn't matter. We've got a bunch of H1B's working for us and English is not their native language. A couple of them have tried to open these illiterate emails and complained the attachment was gone.
After looking at the text, we realized that the "semi-acceptable" English text is just how they talk, so it looked OK to them.
