Phishing News
England caught 4 Phishers last week - A Russian, a Ukranian and 2 Estonians. Hopefully they're beginning to find ways to get ahead of these guys.
And CipherTrust has analyzed the phishing attacks and determined that most originated from only 5 zombie networks. This means that the hackers are selling their services to the phishers as well as that spammers. We shut these guys down, and we might be able to finally get ahead of the SPAM problem.
Also - a PayPal Outage and the resulting informational emails from eBay has sparked another round of Phishing - they took the original email and added their own "so now you need to verify your account" text to it.
