They still dont get it

Phishing
The marketing people and the security people at online financial sites don't seem to be talking. While Paypal is one of the more popular victims for phishing schemes, Paypal continues to behave in ways that encourages the sloppy behavior that leads to theft.

In this case, Paypal is offering the code to include a clickable link in emails you send your customers that opens up a popup directly to pay for items. This encourages the behavior phishers are looking for:

- trusting links sent in emails
- allowing blind popups that don't confirm the actual address reached.

JaBbA says be careful out there.
