OSVDB

As mentioned here some time ago, I got involved with the Open Source Vunlerability Database. I was mangling like crazy for a while then got involved more in the Serendipity Project and with other things.

I forgot to mention that we released publically on March 31st. And now we got a mention in Windows Network Magazine (I find that somewhat ironic).
